Thank you for all your participation, and a shout out because we had almost 100% attendance today :) Tomorrow we will finish talking about the miracles, and then we will talk about the rest of Chapter 9. So, your reading for tonight is:
Matthew 9
There are so many great nuggets of truth in Chapter 9 and I hope we can get to them all tomorrow :) Pay close attention to Matthew. What was his occupation when Christ called him to be a disciple and follow him? What can you learn about his occupation through the foot notes and the bible dictionary?
Next, What was Christ's answer when he was asked why his disciples don't fast, but the Pharisees do? We can learn a lot about the purpose of fasting from his answer to them :)
