We talked today about how to remain spiritually whole and not let ourselves become "disabled". In your reading, you will see of two examples that the Savior gives us of how we can specifically grow spiritually. What are these two examples? Have you gained a testimony of these things? Maybe if you are feeling especially brave, you might share them with us tomorrow. The best way for us to grow is from each other, not me just talking your ears off :)
