Hello all!
Your reading for tonight is:

The other Zoramites
Hey all!
Your reading for tonight is:
Alma 32
What was different about these Zoramites as opposed to the Zoramites that we talked about today, preaching in their synagogues? Why would this make it easier to preach to them? What would you share with these Zoramites after hearing their heartbreaking message in verse 5?

The lamanites
Hello all!
I am dreadfully sorry this was so late, I hope you will forgive me :) your reading for tonight is:
Alma 25
It is short and sweet, which I am sure you will love :) why were the lamanites angry with the Nephites? Why do you think they acted this way? How do we sometimes react this same way with others when we do something we shouldn't?

Back to Aaron
Hey all!
Your reading for tonight is:
Alma 23 and 24
We will be switching back and forth in the chapters between Aaron and Ammon, so I hope it doesn't get too confusing :) Remember Ammon is king Lamoni's servant/friend who slayed the men at the river to protect the flocks. Aaron, was imprisoned and Ammon saved him, then Aaron baptized King Lamoni's father. Lol, get all that? :)
In our reading we will be talking about Aaron. Now after he converts the king and his family and household the king puts forth a proclamation. What proclamation is this? Did this proclamation take away from the rights of the people? Why or why not?
See you tomorrow!

How are they similar/different from Ammon's?

Alma gives up the Judgment-seat
Hey all :)
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend :) I realize that this next week is finals, but I promise you, the more effort you make to read your scriptures and come to seminary, the more prepared you will be for your tests because the spirit will be with you, and all things are possible through His spirit :) So...your reading for tonight is:
Alma 6-7 (6 is very short, so don't be scared. If you only have time for 1 chapter, try chapter 7)
Alma has given up his judgment-seat so that he will have more time to go unto the people and preach repentance. What things does Alma say we need to be doing? What things should be avoid? What are some of the blessings he promises? What will we miss out on if we do not follow the Lord's teachings?
Even though Alma lived a very long time before us, these things are just as pertinent now as they were then :)
See you tomorrow!
